Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Certain safety items cannot be returned (see below)
Non-Returnable Items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Aero & TT Helmets (after removal of protective liner)
  • Bike Locks (once packaging is opened)
  • Baselayers and Bib Shorts (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bar Tape & Grips (if unrolled or cut)

Step-by-Step Returns Process

  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Dundee facility using a trackable service. We recommend insuring high-value items like carbon frames or complete bikes.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

For exchanges of components like brake spares or axles:
