Global Shipping Information
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx (£12.95)
- Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS (orders over £50)
We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Tracking information will be provided for all orders. Please note that customs fees may apply for international shipments and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Our Returns Philosophy
We stand behind our premium cycling components – from aero helmets to aluminium road frames. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right with the same efficiency we apply to our global shipping network.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Certain safety items cannot be returned (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Aero & TT Helmets (after removal of protective liner)
- Bike Locks (once packaging is opened)
- Baselayers and Bib Shorts (for hygiene reasons)
- Bar Tape & Grips (if unrolled or cut)
Step-by-Step Returns Process
1. Initiate Your Return

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer exchange or refund
2. Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
3. Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
4. Ship Your Return
Send to our Dundee facility using a trackable service. We recommend insuring high-value items like carbon frames or complete bikes.

Refund Process
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- International Refunds: Will be in GBP, with your bank determining the exchange rate
Exchanges
For exchanges of components like brake spares or axles:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate the replacement item needed
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return (additional shipping may apply)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged components like carbon MTB frames or faulty brake levers:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Expect expedited processing for replacement items
