Certain products (like brake spares or axles) require technical knowledge for proper installation. By purchasing these items, you confirm you have the necessary expertise or will consult a professional.

3.3 Safety Items

Aero & TT helmets and other safety equipment must be properly fitted and used according to manufacturer guidelines. We cannot be liable for improper use.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse orders, particularly for:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Items with pricing errors
  • Orders to restricted regions

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices but will honour the price at time of order confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days)

5.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except certain Asian and remote regions. You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

5.4 Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us immediately. We’ll work with carriers to resolve the issue.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags attached. Some exceptions apply (see below).

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety/hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Aero & TT Helmets (after protective liner removal)
  • Bike Locks (once packaging is opened)
  • Baselayers and Bib Shorts
  • Bar Tape & Grips (if unrolled or cut)

6.3 Returns Process

  2. Receive RMA number and instructions
  3. Ship items to our Dundee facility

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

7. Liability and Disputes

7.1 Product Liability

We are liable for defects under applicable consumer laws. For technical components (like carbon MTB frames), liability is limited to the product price unless negligence is proven.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Improper product use or installation
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

These terms are governed by UK law. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
